    History

Down District Dog Training Club was formed in 1967 under the name of Ballynahinch and District Dog Training Club. The Club first met in the Harmony Hall in Ballynahinch and then at the British Legion Hall in the town. There were several moves over the years until in August 1999 the Club moved to a large hall near Hillsborough. This last move has meant that the Club members now enjoy the luxury of their own training premises.
